No Defective or Residential Materials Will Be Used in Your Homes!
Did you know that many industry contractors will recycle old, used materials to cut costs? Not us.
We order every piece of material specifically for the job at hand. And because of our long-established,
high-volume business relationships with the manufacturers, we save dramatically. These savings
are passed on in your job quote.
You Will Never Pay More Than the Original Quote!
Providing the job doesn't change of course. You won't need to place that annoying call asking us to
return to repair a troublesome shade. We'll correct the trouble before it has a chance to occur. All
repairs will be done right, and right from the start.
We Will Never Use Flimsy-Cheap Hardware.
You know...the less durable residential kind that contractors often use in place of rugged,
commercial-grade materials to save a few pennies on the job. No - that won't do. We'll provide
you with reliable, high quality U.S. manufactured materials, all of which exceed federal
specifications for flame test requirements (code CCC-C-521E and NFPA #701). Our woods
are all American Hardwood.......

Return Policies
RE-STOCKING FEE:
There is a 25% re-stocking fee on all stock orders that are cancelled by the customer.
DEPOSITS:
On all custom-made orders: No deposit will be returned if cancelled once orders are in
production... Production Manager has the final authority to issue or deny
credit in all cases.
DEPOSITS:
No refunds on orders that take longer than expected because of shortages, back orders,
or discontinued items no longer available from our suppliers.
FREIGHT POLICY:
We obviously cannot be responsible for transit time.
